A US legal services firm needed a unified Salesforce platform spanning sales CRM, medical records and bills, litigation, settlement and disbursement, and management reporting.
The scope included a detailed elder-neglect intake process, statute-of-limitations monitoring and escalation, settlement workflows, bilingual communications, dashboards, integrations and electronic signature. A conventional delivery approach was estimated to take more than six months.
