AI Strategy & Discovery Programme

From uncertainty to a clear, actionable AI roadmap, built through structured discovery and hands-on exploration.

The potential was clear. The path forward was not.

A national entertainment group recognised that AI represented a significant opportunity to modernise operations. Leadership was committed to innovation, but faced a gap that many organisations encounter at this stage: genuine uncertainty about where to start, which use cases to prioritise, and how to separate high-impact opportunities from technology for its own sake.

Without a structured approach to discovery, they risked committing to the wrong initiatives early, or worse, remaining paralysed by the complexity of the AI landscape while competitors moved quickly.

They needed a partner who could bridge the knowledge gap, map their real operational challenges to practical AI solutions, and help them arrive at a clear, defensible roadmap that the entire organisation could align behind.

Four intensive workshops that turned questions into clarity

We designed and delivered a bespoke "AI Strategy & Discovery Programme", four intensive two-hour strategic sessions structured to build knowledge, surface opportunities, and translate them into action.

The programme began by establishing a shared understanding of the AI landscape: how Generative AI and Machine Learning actually work, what is genuinely possible today, and how to evaluate market tools critically. This created a common language across leadership and operational teams.

The sessions then shifted to guided design-thinking exercises that mapped the organisation's real operational pain points to specific automation and improvement opportunities. Rather than presenting abstract AI capabilities, we anchored every discussion in the participants' own workflows and challenges.

The programme concluded with a hands-on "Tooling Showcase" demonstrating market-leading platforms, including NotebookLM, Zapier Agents, Microsoft Copilot, Gamma.ai, Google Gemini, and ChatGPT, applied directly to the use cases identified during discovery. Teams saw exactly how these accessible tools could be deployed against their specific inefficiencies.
